The second volume of the series ‘I Quaderni di STEP Italy’ published by Wolters Kluwer Italia is now available, entitled "The Trustee in International Practice: Regulation, Powers and Governance". The book, edited in collaboration with our colleagues Andrea Moja and Giovanni Cristofaro, explores issues relating to the role of the Trustee and the regulations governing it in various jurisdictions.
